Implementing regional/global projects using blithequark project documents, focusing on customer needs and project success. Completing project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams to ensure all aspects are covered. Designing the work breakdown structure and defining resources required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.Ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams, guaranteeing that customer needs are met. Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders, and driving project success. Creating a positive environment to drive partnership and project success, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Managing project performance and communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.Ensuring E2E testing is completed and documented successfully, guaranteeing the quality of our services. Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution. Contributing to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements, and continuously enhancing our onboarding processes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in the travel industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and migration processes.Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Understanding of blithequark's services and corporate travel, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success. Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones, with strong organizational skills and adaptability. Positive attitude and ability to motivate project teams under pressure, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Business English is mandatory, with multi-lingual capability being advantageous in our global environment. Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to inspire change and adapt to resistance, with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
