In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our business and government customers over the phone, answering their questions, and providing innovative solutions to help them achieve their organizational objectives. Your primary goal will be to deliver a superior customer experience, build long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue retention and growth.Key Responsibilities: Growing our business within existing accounts through effective customer relationships and sales strategies Building customer loyalty and trust by listening intently, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues related to devices, billing, and service concerns Selling the value of blithequark solutions and increasing company revenue through proactive and solution-oriented approaches Delivering efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools and ensuring first-call resolution Collaborating with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and technologies, and applying this knowledge to better serve our customers Where You'll Be Working:Remote Role with FlexibilityThis is a work-from-home role that offers flexibility and autonomy.You will be required to work from your home office, with occasional in-person meetings and training sessions. To be eligible for this position, you must be located within a 90-minute commute of the West Valley City, UT BGCO location and have a private workspace with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25mbps plan). Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
