Key Responsibilities: Making a Difference in the Lives of Our Team Members Provide consumer-grade level customer service to blithequark team members, responding to HR and employee experience inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused. Seek to understand the needs and intentions of Askers, clarifying questions when required, and maintaining a strong attention to detail to identify the right population segment and provide relevant information, leveraging your knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to deliver accurate and up-to-date responses. Research question topics using team member resources and a library of information across several categories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date responses, and staying current with the latest developments in HR and employee engagement. Lead escalations to resolution by maintaining communication with AskHR partners, ensuring a smooth handoff of Askers to other teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes. Lead regular meetings with partners to discuss HR case trends and determine resolution for difficult questions, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive better outcomes. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's HR policies, procedures, and systems, staying up-to-date with changes and updates, and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, and fostering a culture of recognition, feedback, and growth.
