Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing a shared email inbox, answering customer phone calls, preparing and processing documents, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of insurance services.Your key responsibilities will include:* Maintaining and managing a shared email inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding relevant information, and ensuring timely follow-bolthires. * Answering inbound phone calls, addressing client needs, providing policy information, and offering excellent customer service. * Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and organizing insurance documents for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. * Assisting with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as needed.* Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support. * Providing administrative assistance to the operations team, including document filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. * Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
