Job SummaryAs an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, perform data entry tasks, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
