Job Overview As a Customer Education Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Customer Education team, working closely with our Customer Training Managers and the Director ofProfessional Learning. Your expertise in education and facilitation will enable you to deliver engaging, high-quality training that helps educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth.This is a per diem, remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to the development of our professional learning programs. Key Responsibilities Learn and become an expert in blithequark's innovative solutions, customizing and delivering on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that meets client needs and exceeds expectations. Differentiate training on the bolthires when needed to ensure high engagement and meet learning goals, showcasing your ability to adapt and think critically.Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development, including observations, client evaluations, and coaching, to continuously improve your skills and the quality of our training programs. Prepare for training engagements by collaborating with blithequark team members, customizing training materials, and learning about the particular needs and goals of each client. Document and submit detailed training notes, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Present a professional image to clients at all times, embodying the values and mission of blithequark.Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, providing a solid foundation in educational principles and practices. At least 5 years of professional experience in facilitating or delivering professional development, with a proven track record of engaging adult learners and driving educational growth. Prior experience in K-12 education, offering a deep understanding of the educational landscape and the needs of educators and students.Familiarity with educational technology and experience with blithequark solutions, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling you to communicate complex ideas and inspire educators to adopt new practices. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in education and educational technology. Ability to travel and arrange lodging and transportation, as well as experience with bolthires Office 365 and bolthires Suite productivity applications.A personal device with the willingness to install company applications, and a commitment to train on multiple platforms (minimum 2). Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be viewed favorably: Deep knowledge of and experience with MTSS, Science of Reading, assessment, analytics, and data visualization tools, demonstrating a high level of expertise in educational practices and technologies.
