About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to as Customer Assistants for remote paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a Customer Assistant, you will have the opportunity to participate in various studies on topics such as child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. Your input will help our clients understand consumer behavior, preferences, and needs, ultimately contributing to the creation of better products and services. Key Responsibilities Show up at least 10 minutes prior to the discussion start time to ensure a smooth and timely beginning Participate fully in the discussions by completing written and oral instructions, sharing your honest opinions and experiences Complete written surveys provided for each panel, ensuring that your voice is heard and your input is valued MUST actually use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: A smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop to facilitate online participation Access to a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and participation A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed, sharing your thoughts and opinions openly and honestly The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, ensuring that you can navigate the studies with ease Essential and Preferred Qualifications While no experience is required, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision. If you have experience in market research, customer service, or a related field, it may be beneficial, but it is not necessary.
