Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to clients by accurately answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service possible. The essential requirements for this position include: Bilingual experience required (English and Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and service providers in both languages. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a constructive and respectful way. Required Equipment To perform this role, you will need to have access to the following equipment: A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher, with a reliable and efficient operating system, and a minimum of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a reliable and stable connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features, to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and service providers, and to minimize background noise and distractions.
