Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a reliable and stable connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features, to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and service providers, and to minimize background noise and distractions.
