Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Crisis Specialist to join our 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team.As a Crisis Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988. You will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. This is a remote position, and you will work on a PRN (as needed) basis, with a shift available from Friday to Monday (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off) from 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
