Key Responsibilities As our Customer Support Manager, Social Media, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Social Media Moderators, Specialists, and outsourced agents. Your primary objectives will include: * Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across social media channels * Conducting one-on-one meetings with direct reports to ensure clear communication, goal alignment, and performance optimization * Managing social quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of quality and consistency * Enforcing key performance metrics to drive team performance and continuous improvement * Building relationships with third-party technology partners to enhance our social media capabilities * Analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth * Overseeing our brand presence across social media channels to ensure consistent representation of our brand voice * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in customer support management, with a focus on social media * Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through customer experience excellence * Strong knowledge of social media engagement, moderation strategies, and performance analysis * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze complex data and inform strategic decisions * Experience working with third-party technology partners and social media platforms * Flexibility to support business needs during live TV events, outages, and crisis scenarios, which may include evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field * Certification in customer support management or social media marketing * Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong leadership and team management skills * Experience with social media management tools and platforms * Ability to analyze complex data and inform strategic decisions * Strong business acumen and understanding of customer experience principles Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
