Responsibilities: Making a Difference in Customer Lives As a Bilingual English and Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help us continuously improve our services Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs and expectations Qualifications: of Fearless and Inspired Individuals We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
