About the Role We're seeking highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representatives to for a short-term outreach campaign. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the Philippines, conducting short, structured conversations to gather specific information, and entering responses directly into a secure form-based system. Your primary goal will be to collect key information from up to 3,500 customers within a quick 10-15 minute call.
