Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address their queries and concerns. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient support that meets our high standards of customer service. Identify and report system errors or anomalies, collaborating with our technical team to resolve issues and improve our systems and processes. Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in your work. Operate within multiple software platforms, leveraging your technical skills and adaptability to navigate our systems and tools with ease. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, and participate in coaching and training programs to continuously improve your performance and skills. Education and Skills Required To be successful in this role, you will need: Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, to provide informed and accurate support to our customers.
