As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing a shared inbox and accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the blithequark system. Responsibilities As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing a shared inbox and responding to incoming requests in a timely and efficient manner * Accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the blithequark system * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of authorizations and related documentation * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations * Staying up-to-date with system updates and changes, and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures * Meeting productivity and quality standards, and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * Residency: Must reside in the state of Illinois * Identification: Must possess a valid Illinois State ID or Driver's License (required for access to certain state systems) * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage * Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a self-starter mindset are essential * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Experience in data entry or a related field * Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industry terminology and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to investing in the growth and development of our colleagues.
