We are currently seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative and Data Entry Specialists to in supporting the California Army National Guard (CAARNG). Key Responsibilities As an Administrative and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Event set up, take down, and maintenance of workstation equipment to ensure seamless operations Providing check-in and check-out services at events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees Offering additional administrative support to the team as needed, including scanning and copying documents, and maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets Visually scanning through paper documentation to identify pertinent information and entering data into appropriate databases with high accuracy Collaborating with the event team to ensure efficient and effective data entry processes Safeguarding all patient information by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other relevant federal and state laws and regulations Running reports of necessary data and entering information into systems of record, ensuring data validation and integrity Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with higher education or relevant certifications A valid US driver's license and the ability to travel to varying sites throughout California At least 18 years of age and the ability to successfully pass an extensive background check Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding Intermediate technical skills, including proficiency in bolthires Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, as well as familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology At least 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical or dental setting, with a strong understanding of data validation and quality controlThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes quickly, and concentrate for lengthy periods while performing accurately with adequate speed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working with military databases, such as MEDCHART, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS), and Medical Operational Data System (MODS) Familiarity with military regulations and policies related to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment Previous approval for a Common Access Card (CAC), either in the military or as a contractor Experience working in a remote or partially remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectivelyCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.As an Administrative and Data Entry Specialist, you will have access to: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Mentorship and coaching from experienced team members to support your career advancement Opportunities for advancement within the company, including leadership roles and specialized positions A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and teamwork Work Environment and Company Culture blithequark is a family-owned staffing and recruitment agency with a strong commitment to community and philanthropy.Our company culture is built on values of: Respect and empathy for our clients, team members, and community Integrity and transparency in all our interactions and business practices Excellence and quality in our services and support Teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals and objectives We offer a positive and supportive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance and employee well-being.
