Job SummaryAs an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing customer cases, conducting research and analysis, and developing recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiency.You will work closely with our ECR leadership team to develop and implement strategies, provide insights and recommendations to leadership, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. Your expertise in data analytics, performance reporting, and business intelligence will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
