Key Responsibilities In this position, you will embark on a journey of discovery and growth, traveling approximately 80% of the time to meet with dealership management and understand their unique needs. Your excellent presentation and communication skills will be essential in customizing our system and training key dealership personnel on how to utilize our solution effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Traveling individually and with a team to install and convert our software for customers, ensuring a smooth transition and providing exceptional customer support Conducting meetings with dealership management to understand their requirements and tailor our system to meet their needs Customizing the system and training key dealership personnel on how to use the solution, ensuring they are equipped to maximize its potential Supporting current customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success Comprehensive Training Program To ensure your success in this role, blithequark offers a comprehensive training program that lasts approximately 2-3 months.
