Assoc Jumpseat Reservationist

Coordinates the travel and movement of company employees and authorized personnel through the bolthires Express jumpseat reservations systems. Essential Functions• Verifies, receives, schedules and cancels jumpseat reservations. • Ensures safe passage on bolthires express aircrafts. • Monitors and tracks data from Global Operations Control (GOC) and Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) to prevent overbooking. • Interacts and communicates with multiple departments within bolthires Express. • Ensures regulatory compliance.• Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum EducationHigh school diploma/GED. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum ExperienceTwo (2) years customer service environment exp, problem resolution, information processing, and answering telephone inquiries. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGood communication skills. Job ConditionsAbility to work variable shifts, weekends, and rotating shifts.
