Your Role As a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will work closely with our professional services team to deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.
