Analyst II, Epic
Job Description: • Drive the evolution of our Epic platform by researching, designing, and building enhancements that support strategic initiatives like Value-Based Care and new regulatory programs. • Partner with nephrology practices to implement Epic through new community connect partner practices, guiding them through every phase from requirements gathering and workflow analysis to testing and go-live. • Serve as a primary point of contact for Epic-related incidents and requests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted clinical and business operations. • Contribute to our team’s growth by mentoring and training other Epic teammates, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years of build experience as an Epic Build Analyst. • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or technology field • Active EpicCare Ambulatory certification. • At least one additional active Epic certification in Reporting Workbench or Slicer Dicer. • Proven problem solving abilities • This is a remote-first role, but requires the ability to travel up to 25% for customer visits, team meetings, conferences, and training.
