Position Overview As a Virtual Customer Chat Research Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through live chat and email communication. You will work independently to resolve issues related to subscription renewals, login recovery, account setup, and payment changes. You will also be responsible for escalating complex cases to our technical teams and maintaining a clear, supportive tone across all written communication.
