Virtual Assistant / Entry level (Remote)
We are looking to add an exceptional member to their team of virtual assistants and intake coordinators. The ideal candidate will be in school for counseling, psychology or social work and/or have experience in medical or behavioral health settings. Part time work, flexible hours - create your own schedule to work around your classes and social life. Responsibilities:Answer telephone, relay messages, and provide information when necessaryRespond to emails from potential clientsSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsCreate electronic charts for new patientsNavigate our easy-to-use EHR/EMR called Simple Practice (prior experience is highly preferred)Maintain administrative spreadsheetsAdhere to HIPAA guidelines and other confidentiality regulationsAttend staff meetings, as neededCollaborate and communicate with therapists, other admin staff, and ownersPerform other related duties & responsibilities as assignedAdditionalQualifications:Must be able to work independently and efficiently, as well as part of a team Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust have working knowledge of bolthires WorkspaceThe ability to easily learn our behavioral health EHR called Simple PracticeFlexibility to handle multiple tasks each dayAbility to manage confidential information with sensitivity and discretion (in a HIPAA-compliant way) Apply tot his job
