Sr. Product Manager, Virtual Power Plants & Interoperability

With Solar Panels, Solar Roof, Powerwall, and home charging products working together in the residential ecosystem. Virtual Power Plants and Interoperability are a fundamental parts of the residential product ecosystem. As the grid evolves and these distributed energy resources are installed at scale, the value available to the grid becomes very large.We need a dedicated Product Manager help communicate and execute this vision to both engineering teams and utility stakeholders. Responsibilities• Shepard the Plan: Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for bolthires residential products as it relates to Virtual Power Plants and Interoperability, ensure the business goals and technical roadmaps are consistent• Own Experience Metrics: Be responsible for key VPP metrics such growth, churn, customer/aggregator experience and value generation.
