Sr Manager – Labor Systems

You will be part of the bolthires Experiences Labor Systems team which provides holistic system strategy, optimization, and support for labor, training, and operations support systems across domestic sites. The role ofSenior Manager - Labor Systems leads... testing, business integration, and advancement of systems and processes used to manage the complex labor needs for Walt bolthires World, Disneyland Resort, Aulani, and associated businesses (bolthires Vacation Club, bolthires Cruise Line Shoreside, Facility and Operations Services).You will report to Director - Labor Systems. What You Will DoLead teams responsible for product roadmap planning, change management, testing, and delivery of system changes and new functionalityLead teams responsible for execution and optimization of system testing efforts. This includes functional unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing across a wide variety of existing systems, and new systems that are in active development. Develop and prioritize ongoing work, including project delivery, sustainment and administration of current production systemsLead integration efforts with key business and technology partners - including Technology, Operations Training, Workforce Management, Operations, LOB partners, HRIS, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, and othersIdentify and influence strategic integration opportunities across DX organizations to further technical innovation and segment and site-specific prioritiesConsult and partner with international DX sites on labor and data strategic planning and system integrationChampion development of relationship skills, technical skills, and product & project management skill sets across teams and partner areasTranslate technical language into business value driven stories and promote Labor Systems and related work and innovation through networking opportunities across the enterprise & among external partners and vendorsDrive cross-functional work efforts by effectively partnering with peer teams within and outside of Labor SystemsRequired Qualifications & Skills5-7+ years of experience developing or leading system and/or data solutions in a high-volume environmentExperience leading or closely supporting operational teamsExperience leading leaders of teamsDemonstrated experience working with complex data setsExtensive experience collaborating both virtually and in-person, along with strong storytelling skills - and a strength in relaying technical content in a simple and engaging wayExperience delivering technology projects an Agile methodologyKnowledge of workforce management conceptsAbility to manage and support multiple internal and external stakeholdersExperience with upstream/downstream data integration and reportingAbility to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with SQL, SAS, and/or Python languagesRequired EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field or equivalent work experienceAdditional InformationBenefits and Perks: bolthires offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.This includes health and savings benefits, educational opportunities and special extras that only bolthires can provide.
