Genesys is seeking a Sr. Art Director with a strong design and conceptual background to join our Brand Experience team within the Creative Design organization. The ideal candidate is both a conceptual thinker and an exceptional doer — able to move seamlessly between big ideas and detailed execution.They combine craft, curiosity, and strategic design thinking to create visually powerful and purposeful work that strengthens the Genesys brand. Responsibilities:• Champion the Genesys brand identity — visually express and evolve it across campaigns and programs, events, digital, and print. • Concept — brainstorm strategic creative ideas and deliver thorough and easy-to-follow style guides and tool kits• Execution— Deliver pixel-perfect and polished, production-ready assets that elevate and push the brand forward. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other creatives, stakeholders, and other internal and external partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.• Balance creativity and strategy — ensure each design decision serves the message, audience, and business goal. • Create and extend systems — evolve design templates, visual systems, and scalable assets for use across teams and platforms. • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant. • Participate actively in brainstorms, critiques, and team building — offering valuable insights and mentorship to your teammates. • Communicate clearly — present your ideas, rationale, and progress with confidence and empathy to both creative peers and non-design stakeholders.• Manage workload independently and identify where the team needs additional support through proactive use and engagement in Asana, the team’s project management tool. Requirements:• 7+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, in house or agency. • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, visual excellence, and strategic thinking across digital, print, and integrated campaigns. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and strong PowerPoint design and animation skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, with strong attention to detail and time management. • Experience collaborating across functions — from marketing and web to events and leadership stakeholders. • A growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in developing new skills and tools. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and creative rationale. • A humble, adaptable, and culture-minded teammate who contributes to an environment of creativity, inclusivity, and trust.• Confidence with project management tools, such as Asana.
