Job DescriptionAs a Sr Account Manager here at SolsticeAdvanced Materials, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our research chemicals portfolio. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts, business development and driving revenue growth will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships. By identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the growth, customer satisfaction, and market guidance of our business.You will have a territory of the Central/Midwest region of the United States, as well as Canada. This role will require about 50% travel, and ideal candidate is preferred to live within the Central/Midwest region. Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions• Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective accountQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders• Valid passportWE VALUE• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets• Strong business acumen and insight of market dynamics• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks• Previous chemical sales experienceUs Person RequirementsDue to compliance with U.S export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in US. CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 100k-130k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 100k-135k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
