Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesAs aSenior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:* Identifying and responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner* Building internal and external relationships to drive business growth* Ensuring customer confidentiality and maintaining private information* Providing guidance and support to other staff members* Interviewing customers and processing applications, making recommendations for product and services approval* Processing payments, verifying cash, endorsements, issuing receipts, ACH, etc.* Preparing and presenting assigned daily marketing offers* Managing assigned collection of customer accounts* Compiling and maintaining records of all daily assigned tasksEssential Qualifications and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:* High School Diploma or equivalent* Minimum of 3 years previous Customer Service experience* Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators* Demonstrated ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment* Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at various levels and in differing social and business settings* Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information* Action and result-focused approach* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)* Proficient with MS Office Suite products* Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobilePreferred Qualifications and ExperienceWhile not required, previous experience in the financial field is highly desirable.If you have a passion for finance and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
