Senior Associate, Associate Relations Contact Team (Remote) Summary: As an Associate Relations Contact Team, Senior Associate, you will be a primary point of contact for associate inquiries. This role requires a strong ability to interpret company policies, balance diverse stakeholder needs, and proactively resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Review and correctly categorize incoming questions from associates, leaders, and others, making sure they are referred to the right teams. Provide clear, complete, and timely answers to general Associate Relations questions, including those about termination processes, Workday, and company policies. Work effectively with various Associate Relations teams and other HR functions to ensure support and consistent policy application. Handle all sensitive HR information with the utmost discretion. Actively participate in team and department projects, helping to improve overall effectiveness. Attend project meetings and manage task progression in Jira, contributing to ongoing process improvements. Identify ways to enhance processes, suggest new ideas, and actively help implement better workflows. Assist with other duties as needed to support the broader Associate Relations team. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr Associate, Associate Relations Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr Associate, Associate Relations Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
