[Remote] VP of Revenue Cycle Management - Senior Living or Physical Therapy

Novaris Search is partnering with a growth-oriented, PE-backed Outpatient Physical Therapy provider to find a VP of Revenue Cycle Management. The role involves overseeing the revenue cycle specific to outpatient physical therapy, developing RCM strategies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities• Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle specific to outpatient physical therapy, ensuring accurate and timely billing and reimbursement.• Develop and implement revenue cycle management (RCM) strategies to maximize collections, minimize claim denials, and improve cash flow. • Analyse billing and reimbursement data to identify trends, address issues, and recommend process improvements to strengthen financial performance. • Collaborate closely with physical therapists, front office, and administrative staff to streamline billing workflows and enhance the patient experience. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA) and adhere to best practices for physical therapy billing and coding.• Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to RCM and front desk teams to maintain high performance and engagement. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle, sharing actionable insights with clinic leadership. • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance payers, including contract negotiations and prompt resolution of billing or reimbursement issues.
