You build your book of business. We provide structured training, supervised reviews, and career pathways. What You’ll Do• Prepare accurate federal and state individual returns (and small business/Schedule C) in TaxSlayer Pro; manage clients and documentation in CRM. • Communicate clearly with clients: gather documents, explain outcomes in plain language, and document every interaction in CRM.• Apply IRS due-diligence standards (including Form 8867 when required) and stay current on updates. • Uphold Elite security: work via VPN/MFA and use approved, encrypted channels only. What You’ll BringExperienced• 1+ year preparing personal and/or business returns; strong command of deductions/credits. • Proven client communication and retention skills. Entry-Level• Eagerness to learn; professionalism; strong communication and organization. • Comfortable with computers and online platforms. For All• PTIN required (or obtained before filing work begins).• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and document work in CRM. • Tech/Security readiness: reliable computer and internet; VPN/MFA; antivirus; password manager (firm provides licenses/access where applicable). State registrations: In certain states (e.g., CA, NY, OR), additional preparer registration/exam may apply; we’ll help you navigate or route clients accordingly.
