Job description: Join Our Growing Nationwide Home Care Network! We’re seeking a smart, energetic Health Care Liaison to build strong local connections and generate new referrals. This is a remote, flexible part-time position — ideal for someone with senior healthcare experience and established community. Details • Remote – Flexible Schedule • Pay: $25 - $30 per hour • Part time - 10 hours/week • Location: Remote (Pennsylvania–based only) Key Responsibilities • Generate new patient referrals from your local network. • Represent and promote our home care services. • Convince potential clients to start care with our agency. • Send new patient referrals to our intake team. Qualifications • Experience in senior care, healthcare coordination, or social services preferred. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Great communicator, self-driven, goal-oriented and help us grow while making a difference!
