Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and organizedRemote Dispatcher to work from home. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, coordinate service requests, and dispatch jobs to technicians in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities• Answer incoming customer calls quickly and professionally• Gather customer information and create service tickets• Dispatch jobs to technicians based on location, availability, and priority• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to provide updates• Track job progress and ensure timely completion• Update customers regarding arrival times, delays, or follow-up needs• Maintain accurate notes, logs, and daily reports• Provide excellent customer service on every call• Perform basic administrative tasks as neededRequirements• Must have a quiet home workspace• Reliable high-speed internet• Strong communication and customer-service skills• Ability to multitask and stay organized• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or call center work is a plus• Must be dependable and able to work independentlyWork Environment• 100% remote (work from home)• Phone system and software will be provided• Flexible hours may be available dependWork Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-timePay: From $7.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 30 per weekWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
