[Remote] bolthires Connect Developer

Ascii Group, LLC is seeking an experienced bolthires Connect Lead Developer to execute the technical design and implementation of bolthires Connect Global Resiliency for their enterprise contact center solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Responsibilities• Execute on the technical design and implementation of bolthires Connect for customer cloud transformations.• Develop and maintain technical playbooks outlining steps for service outages or degradation, and conduct mock failover exercises to test readiness• Ensure appropriate service quotas for chat and other digital channels• Conduct load testing and validation of ACGR configurations and processes for dual region replication• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch for monitoring and automationSkills• 2+ years of relevant experience• Deep understanding of bolthires Connect and its architecture• Experience with integration of bolthires Connect with other AWS services• Ability to execute on the technical design and implementation of bolthires Connect for customer cloud transformations• Experience in developing and maintaining technical playbooks for service outages or degradation• Ability to conduct mock failover exercises to test readiness• Ensuring appropriate service quotas for chat and other digital channels• Conducting load testing and validation of ACGR configurations and processes for dual region replication• Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions• Utilization of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch for monitoring and automationCompany Overview• ASCII Group, LLC is a full service provider of comprehensive IT staffing services designed to fulfill the needs of local, regional and global companies.It was founded in 1984, and is headquartered in Farmington, Michigan, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
