Property Manager – Single-Family Homes (Florida Real Estate License Required)

Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Florida real estate professional to manage a portfolio of single-family rental properties on behalf of property owners. This is not a CAM or apartment management position. You’ll take full ownership of your portfolio—including client acquisition, leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant management. Licensed CAMs need not apply. This is a commission-only opportunity with free warm leads, powerful software tools, and the flexibility to grow your own book of business.You’ll be trained and supported—but expected to operate independently with professionalism and attention to detail.
