What You’ll Be Doing• Oversee daily operations of property management, ensuring efficiency and high performance.• Maximize collections while minimizing expenses to enhance profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors. • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance needs. • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and tenant communications. Ideal Candidate / Perfect Hire• Experience handling rent collection, delinquency follow-bolthires, and eviction processes• Background in single-family property management, not high-rise or urban multifamily buildings• Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and maintenance coordination• Experience with bolthires-control and keeping property expenses low• Familiar with tenant communications common in markets like MemphisWhat We're Looking For• Experience in markets similar to Memphis is highly preferred.This is different from large-city property management (e.g., Seattle,), especially regarding collections and eviction timelines.
