Project Planner Summer Internship
The Project Planner Intern supports the New Home Starts department with builder certifications, document management, and plan reviews. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Complete builder certifications for FHA/VA loans in a timely manner • Create address files and file slab documents • Review plans and elevations to ensure no repetition issues in a community • Order all necessary documents required for permit packages • Request custom option pricing and sketches as necessary to meet developer requirements About You The company is looking for: • High School Diploma and current enrollment in university • Demonstrated computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Time management and initiative Compensation & Benefits • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, at least 40 hours per week • Professional development, community outreach, and teambuilding opportunities • Enjoy a fun summer internship experience Training & Development • Professional development opportunities provided • Community outreach and teambuilding activities Your resume will be reviewed, and the best qualified candidates will be contacted if there is a potential match.
