If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, utilizing critical thinking and creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety Manage responsibilities for a blithequark Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring seamless operations Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems Receive truck deliveries, verifying shipments and ensuring accurate receipt of packages Physical Requirements In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable). Work Schedule We offer flexible scheduling options, with part-time shifts available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
