We are looking for a Project Manager to support a 3-month contract with potential extension. This is an immediate-need role with a fast onboarding timeline. 35-45/hr. Remote (U.S. based, global collaboration)⏳ 3-month contract with potential extensionBachelor’s degree required⭐ PMP / Six Sigma preferred, not requiredAbout theRole: We’re supporting a nationwide organization in the search for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end systems implementation projects.This person will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams across U.S. time zones and international regions including India, Hong Kong, Japan, and the UK. The selected PM will work closely with the Lead Project Manager to keep workstreams aligned, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain clear communication across technical and business partners. What You’ll Do• Drive full lifecycle systems implementation efforts—from intake to procurement and final delivery. • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.• Maintain RAID logs, assign owners to deliverables, and stay proactive on issue and risk mitigation. • Lead recurring project meetings, monitor schedules, and flag delays before they affect timelines. • Create polished presentations, weekly progress summaries, and status updates; ensure team updates are submitted accurately. • Facilitate strong communication between technical teams, business groups, and procurement partners. • Support project governance and ensure adherence to established processes.• Operate under the Lead PM, focusing on schedule, execution, and delivery rather than budget management. Ideal Background• 4–6 years of project management experience, especially with systems implementations. • Demonstrated ability to plan ahead—mapping dependencies, approvals, and schedules with precision. • Strong urgency, ownership mindset, and comfort managing multiple priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate technical concepts for cross-functional partners. • Flexibility to collaborate with teams across global time zones (not excessive hours, but adaptable).• Proficiency in Excel; Smartsheet experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or Six Sigma credentials preferred but not mandatory.
