The technician's responsibilities are to work independently and with a team, providing support in all aspects of prescription assistance, including researching and accessing the lowest bolthires pharmacy to provide the medication through mail order, assisting the member and obtaining the script from the ordering physician, implementation and account setup, tracking and follow-up as needed.Technician must be able to multi-task with attention to detail, possess strong customer service skills, ability to perform calculations, and a willingness to learn. Experience:• Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year or relevant experience• Pay will be based on experience.
