As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with network pharmacies, PACE participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless pharmacy operations. Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, ensuring a smooth transition into our pharmacy program * Communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where PACE participants reside, promoting clear understanding and effective collaboration * Coordinating facility discharges to assure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in place, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction * Providing help desk support to network pharmacies, addressing technical issues and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner * Educating PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement * Making outgoing calls to gather/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills * Coordinating and setting up couriers to ensure timely medication delivery, ensuring that patients receive their medications promptly and efficiently * Making outgoing calls to ensure the participants have received their delivery, verifying satisfaction and addressing any concerns Requirements To succeed as a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills * A strong patient-centered focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring patient satisfaction * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills to navigate proprietary and other software * Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality, with a focus on efficiency and productivity * Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong attention to accuracy and timeliness * Reliable and efficient, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills * Understanding of clinical terms and impacts, with a basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare terminology * Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with network pharmacies and PACE participants * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Benefits As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective 1st of the month following date of hire * Flexible spending options to support your health and wellness needs * Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, providing peace of mind and financial security * Voluntary benefits to enhance your overall well-being * 401(k) plan to support your long-term financial goals * Paid Time Off and paid holidays, allowing you to recharge and enjoy a healthy work-life balance Why Join blithequark?
