Part-Time Behavior Technician - ABA Therapy
Job Description:• Provide 1:1 Home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism bolthires Disorder or other developmental disabilities• Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client’s caregivers• Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community• Participate in training and clinical supervision focusing on integrating ABA with other therapeutic strategies• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions• Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst• Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as requiredRequirements:• HS diploma required• Availability to work evenings and 9a-3p on weekends• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferred• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred• Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors• Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 90 days of employmentBenefits:• $250 Sign-On Bonus• Flexible Evening and Weekend Hours• Free training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician Certificate• Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available to ALL employees• Fun working environment• Flexibility• High starting pay• Consistent schedule• Highly supportive training program Apply tot his job
