They work with data teams and stakeholders to establish metadata standards, improve data discovery, data lineage, data quality, and enhance data governance practices using Open Metadata solutions.Key Responsibilities of an Open Metadata Expert:Metadata Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement metadata management strategies, including defining metadata standards, naming conventions, and business definitions in line with organizational policies. Metadata Creation and Enrichment: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of metadata across multiple platforms and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
