There will be some travel once per quarter for strategic planningsessions as well as a yearly in-person team event.Ideally, this candidate will reside in theNew York metropolitan area. Whoare you? Bugaboo North America is looking for agrowth oriented, hands-on, and results-driven Brand Marketing Director to helpshape and execute our brand strategy in the fastest-growing region of thecompany. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact-elevating brandawareness, strengthening our retail presence, and deepening engagement withmodern American parents and parents-to-be. As the Brand Marketing Director,you'll lead a team across integrated marketing, social media, and graphicdesign, driving both creative execution and day-to-day operations.You'll workclosely with the Global Marketing team to implement and amplify a cohesivebrand vision, ensuring that North America's unique market needs are reflected.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, North America, and working alongsidethe North America Sales Director, you'll have a seat at the table in shapingkey strategic decisions that drive business growth. This role is broad in scope,encompassing brand storytelling, media strategy, product launches, and retailmarketing. You'll collaborate with partners in PR to ensure a compelling,consistent brand narrative across all consumer touchpoints.North America is a key focus marketfor Bugaboo globally, and this role requires strong cross-functionalcollaboration with teams at our global headquarters in Amsterdam. Success inthis position means leveraging insights, translating complexity into simple,impactful brand strategies, and effectively communicating North American brandpriorities to global stakeholders. What you'll do day-to-day:• Amplify the global brand vision for North America by translating global strategies into high-impact local activations through media, events, and strategic partnerships. • Develop insightful marketing briefs that guide creative storytelling and brand asset development. • Leverage data and creativity to maximize the impact of campaigns, media placements, and collaborations while working within budget constraints.• Optimize the marketing budget strategically, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness across campaigns, media buys, and experiential activations. • Be the voice of North America within global marketing discussions, advocating for regional needs while aligning with global brand strategy. • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity in key cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, ensuring Bugaboo remains a leader in the space. • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, driving a seamless omnichannel experience from digital to in-store.• Take an active role in product launches and media events, overseeing the flawless presentation of Bugaboo products. • Strengthen and manage brand partnerships that drive mutual growth and visibility. • Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance Bugaboo's presence in key retail locations. • Oversee social media strategy in partnership with the Social Media Manager, ensuring engagement and brand storytelling align with our broader objectives. • Work with the Graphic Designer to develop localized design strategies that complement global brand assets.• This role is perfect for a resourceful, creative, and execution-focused marketing leader who thrives on making a big impact with a smart, scrappy approach. What will you bring to the table? • 7+ years of marketing experience• 3+ years of management experience is preferred• Experience driving retail and brand marketing initiatives and managing creatives, preferably within luxury or premium brands• Strategic planning and execution required.Ability to develop and present a strategic vision toSenior Leadership, securing alignment and validation across multiple stakeholders• Strong organizational and project management skills required• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision• Strong analytical skills required.
