Marketing / Sales Assistant with Excellent Project Management skills (10 hrs / week)
is seeking a marketing / sales assistant to support with internal projects management and organization. This is a part time, approximately 10 hours / week role. Requirements (MUST Haves)1. Sales assistant experience – working with pipelines, organizing and keeping track of sales activitiesResponsibilities / daily & weeky tasks1.Manage the agency’s content calendar and make sure the marketing activities happen per schedule2. Follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure marketing activities are completed on time3. Create and maintain structures for reporting on marketing KPIs and activities4.
