We are looking for experienced Moderator with experience in child trust and safety to join our remote team. As a member of this project you will monitor & moderate social feeds for issues raised by the public and respond where appropriate using pre-approved text.You will also escalate issues to our client's security where appropriate. Project Hours (All Times Pacific):Monday: 6am-10am PTTuesday to Friday: 6am-11amSaturday & Sunday: 6am-2pmHourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phaseCommitment:20 hours per week90 daysOrientation Begins:September 22, 2025Language:EnglishWhat We Are Looking For:• Has experience moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content to determine the level of safety• Must be focused on the task ahead• Should be comfortable with the possibility of viewing extreme or disturbing content.• Experience with child trust and safety• Understanding of high-level child safety processes• Experience with Zendesk is a plus• PRO TIP*: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
