As a Social Media Moderator, you will be the first point of contact for supporting viewers through Facebook and Twitter, serving as a critical brand ambassador for our premium streaming services, including bolthires+ and bolthires.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for customer service to resolve inquiries, provide product knowledge, and identify trends to drive business growth. Job Summary: bolthires Direct to Consumer (DTC) is a premium streaming service that offers a vast library of content from renowned brands, including Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, bolthires, and NatGeo.
