[Remote] Education & Enablement Coordinator, Enrollment
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thyme Care is a cancer care navigation company dedicated to transforming the cancer care experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Education & Enablement Coordinator will support the Enrollment Team by developing and delivering training materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge to assist prospective members through the enrollment process. Responsibilities • Develop training content for both virtual sessions and live sessions. • Facilitate live training sessions. • Manage the administrative and operational logistics of training. • Create training materials, training resources, and job aids. • Keep track of team members’ training modules completion, progress, and understanding. • Attend regular QA calibration sessions to identify opportunities for new or improved training materials and sessions. Skills • 1-3 years experience in training delivery or staff development, developing and delivering both virtual instructor-led training, and self-paced module programs. • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Bachelor's Degree. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), including public speaking and facilitation. • Strong tech skills and ability to learn new tools quickly and autonomously. • Ability to build high quality, polished training materials including presentation slides and written job aids. • Comfort with data, and ability to both manipulate and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and dashboards. • Exceptional project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom and Slack. • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar training certification is ideal but not required. • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is a plus but not required. • Understanding of healthcare terminology, patient enrollment workflows, and call center/customer service operations preferred. • Experience in using and building in a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, etc.) preferred. • Proficiency in adult instruction, time and classroom management, and adapting to diverse learning needs preferred.
