Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Patient Support & Health Benefits Advisor to join our U.S. work-from-home team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted front-line advisor for members of health plans managed by careerzynith. You will answer questions about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and online account tools, and you will proactively reach out to members to help them understand and maximize the value of their coverage.
