Work Schedule & Environment

This is a fully remote position based in the United States. To support our customer base, the role requires availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Schedules may include evenings, nights, and/or weekend shifts, and you should be prepared for a fast-paced Contact Center environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You will work from a dedicated home office setup and engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and text. While the role is remote, you will be part of a highly connected team that values collaboration, communication, and mutual support.

Compensation & Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The hourly pay range for this position is $14.77 to $24.63 per hour, depending on factors such as location, experience, education, and training.
