Meeting and Exceeding Targets : Strive to meet and surpass personal and team target goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions : Accurately record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining a high level of data integrity. Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities : Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, enhancing customer value and loyalty. Scheduling Call Backs and Appointments : Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous Experience in Customer Support or a Related Field : A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms. Basic Computer Skills and Experience : Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Multitasking and Time Management Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Active Listening and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to listen attentively, relay information accurately, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner.
